Overview
We will start working on your project as soon as you approve our estimate. The amount quoted will be the amount invoiced, unless you have requested changes and/or revisions in addition to your initial request. This amount will be due upon the project’s completion. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
To allow us to ensure the quickest turnaround, we ask you to please provide us with all the elements needed to complete the project – system access, project requirements, revision history, content, feedback on the work in progress, images and/or media – in a timely manner.
Your prompt review and approval of each step in our process will help us ensure delivery of the project within the shortest timeframe possible.
Work will be completed in the most professional manner and in accordance with industry best practices.
Our discussions and any materials, credentials or technology you may have shared with us will be kept confidential.
All work is executed and completed by WebTechsNow! at our offices in Addison, TX. No tasks will be subcontracted or outsourced.
Changes and revisions
Any estimates provided are valid for 5 business days. Completion times might vary based on the actual date you accept the project.
Once the endeavor is underway, changes and revisions can be easily submitted through our online system to minimize any impact on the delivery dates. Some changes might incur additional costs.
Legal
We are not liable for damages, including lost profits, lost income or other incidental, consequential or special damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This agreement is a legal document under the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of the State of Texas.
